Remote Support

A member of tech support can remotely log in to the scanner for assistance when necessary. If directed to open remote support by tech support, click the menu in the left corner of the main dashboard.

• Click Remote Support

• Within approximately 20-30 seconds, a TeamViewer window with ID and password will appear on the screen. Give this information to your technician.
