Other Tools and Settings

In addition to the standard OrthoPlan® Tools and standard Viewer user preference settings, there are some additional tools and settings available to users.

Other Tools#

Undo#

The Undo tool allows the user to undo the previous action.

Undo Tool Inactive

The Undo tool is by default inactive and becomes active after a user performs a task that can be undone such as pan, zoom, move annotation, delete annotation, etc.

Undo Tool Active

If an action is performed and the user would like to go back to the display state previous to the last change, the user will press the Undo Button.

note

The Undo tool is only able to revert the most recent change.

Redo#

The Redo tool allows the user to redo an action that was previously undone using the Undo tool.

Redo Tool Inactive

The Redo tool is by default inactive and becomes active after an action is undone using the Undo tool.

Redo Tool Active

If an action is undone with the Undo tool and the user would like to apply that change again, the user will press the Redo button.

The Redo tool is only able to re-apply the most recent change.

Settings#

Additional User Preference settings are available for customization by the user. The Settings icon on the toolbar will open a new tab with the User Preferences for the selected user.

When the OrthoPlan® module is added on to the user account, the Viewer User Preference settings has an additional OrthoPlan® tab available.

OrthoPlan® User Preferences#

The OrthoPlan® User Preferences section of the Viewer Settings gives users the ability to customize the OrthoPlan® specific settings. At the top of the screen OrthoPlan® is added to the list of available configuration screens when the OrthoPlan® module is enabled on the specific user account.

Cutout#

The Cutout Approximation setting adjusts the number of grab points placed along the outside of a cut fragment using one of the cut tools. To read about the cut tools, go here. The options available are Max , Med , and Min .

Max will place the maximum number of point available for high precision, Min will place the minimum number of points for fewer grab point adjustments and higher approximation, and Med which will place a medium amount of grab points along the perimeter of the cut shape.

TPLO#

The location of the Center of the Circle for the blade which is automatically placed at the end of the TPLO Advanced Measurement can be customized to either place on the Center of the Intercondylar Eminence or the Intersection .

The Desired TPA is set by default to 5 .

The default blade diameter that is placed at the end of the TPLO Advanced Measurement is set to 24 mm . The size of the blade in the viewport can be adjusted by using the mouse wheel to scroll up or down, but it always starts at the default blade size. You can select 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33 as the default size.

The Default PPTA is set by default to 80 .

The Desired TPA is set by default to 0 .

The default blade diameter that is placed at the end of the TPLO Advanced Measurement is set to 24 mm . The size of the blade in the viewport can be adjusted by using the mouse wheel to scroll up or down, but it always starts at the default blade size. You can select 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33 as the default size.

Template#

Template

The Template text overly is set to display all information available for the templates. The user is able to define how much of this information and what levels are displayed.
