How to Apply an Automatic Update
SmartDR will notify you of any pending update.

Click the Settings Icon.
Select the System Category and the Update Tab.

If there is no update information showing here, select the Check for Updates button to see if any are available. Reference the Release Notes section to see what the latest version of software is and compare that with what you see in the Versions tab. If you are on an earlier version of software and an update is not showing up here, contact technicalsupport@soundvet.com or call us at 800-819-5538
Press the Begin Update button and wait for the update to complete.
Depending on network speeds, this may take several minutes to complete. Please be patient and do not re-click or navigate away from this screen. Once complete the application will reboot and appear as normal on the main patient screen.
How Do I Remove The Watermark From My Images
Watermarks like the one that states Unlicensed Software Please Contact Agfa Healthcare are a result of the SmartDR software and it’s image processing license having a miscommunication of some kind. If this has already been resolved via software update and/or other interventions from support and you only need to correct previous images, please proceed. Otherwise, contact techsupport@soundvet.com or call us at 800-819-5538 to get the root problem addressed before trying to remove the watermark.

Select an Image with a watermark and open the Image Tuning Bench.
Press the Preview button, then press the Save to Image button.
Repeat this for any images you acquire that have the watermark in them.
