Automatic Backup

The software automatically creates a backup of the Database each time the software is shut down. The backups are stored in the C:/users/public/documents folder. The system keeps track of all backups. A list of backups can be viewed in the Settings Screen.

In addition, the software will also check the latest backup on start up. If the system has not had a backup in the last 24 hours, it will perform a backup.
