Jump

Jump Icon

The Jump Tool allows you to move the green Reference Line on the scout image. This allows you to jump to the desired "slice" of the anatomy. This tool can be used with multiple reference stacks as long as one scout image is selected.

Once activated, select the reference stack. Two yellow boundary lines will appear on the scout image indicating the upper and lower limits of image positions within the reference stack. A green line in between these marked boundaries represents the relative position of the current image in the reference stack on the scout image. Select the area of interest in the scout image and the green line will jump to the desired "slice" of the anatomy and the selected stack will update accordingly.

CTMRToolsJump

Scrolling through the reference stack or using the Cine Mode Tools will move the green reference line on the scout image.
