Pro Capture Mode

Acquisition: Pro Capture Mode

To enable this feature, locate the top toolbar on the Worklist or Studylist and go to Settings Settings Button -> Options -> Capture Option. Check the box to enable Pro Capture Mode. Click Apply.

A blank thumbnail layout will replace the mouth graphic on the Acquisition screen.

1. Select Tooth Areas

Select tooth areas to be imaged according to their thumbnail locations by left-clicking each thumbnail in desired acquisition order. To unselected a specific location, click again.

Tooth numbering is disabled in this feature, however, may be changed after the image is acquired.

2. Click Start

Click Start. The sensor will initialize and a blue “READY” indicator will illuminate when the sensor is ready. The first tooth area location to be imaged will be highlighted in blue.

3. Acquire image

The Image will be displayed in the thumbnail layout, enlarged on the main viewer screen and as a thumbnail at the top of the viewer screen. The next position location will be highlighted in blue at the top of the thumbnail on the layout. Arrows may be used to skip ahead locations or go back.

  • Click delete icon Delete Button to retake or reject an image.
  • Click edit info icon Edit Info Button to edit patient information if needed.
  • Multiple images may be taken within the same thumbnail location if needed. To do so, click the Hold button before the first image is taken for your current position. Acquire as many images as you like in this location. Before you take your last image, click Hold again to disable this feature. After your last acquisition, the sensor will be ready for its next position on the thumbnail layout.
  • Click Stop to stop the study. Press Start to re-initialize the sensor to resume acquisition.
  • Click Pause Pause Button to suspend the study. Study will move to the Worklist to resume later.
  • You may drag and drop thumbnail images to their correct thumbnail locations if an image was acquired in the wrong location.
  • Click Finish when study is completed. Study will move to the Studylist.

You may rename a tooth or series of teeth in an image to their appropriate number post-acquisition.

  1. Right click the desired thumbnail at the top of the Acquisition or Viewer screen and choose “change tooth number”
  2. From the pop-up menu, select your tooth area from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select tooth number from the drop-down menu. To select multiple teeth, hold down the shift button on the keyboard and select.
  1. Press Ok. Your image will be renamed from the tooth name to its number(s).
