2.13.0​

New Features​

Intelligent DICOM Transmission​

  • Smart Export: The system now sends only new or modified images, not entire studies. This reduces network traffic and storage costs significantly.
  • Send Unsent Feature: Quickly send only images that haven't been transmitted to a specific destination, avoiding duplicate transfers.
  • Force Send Option: When needed, you can still choose to resend all images in a study.

Batch Export​

  • Export Multiple Studies: Select and export multiple patient studies at once
  • Date Range Filtering: Easily find studies within specific date ranges
  • Privacy Protection: Optional anonymization removes patient identifying information when exporting data

Enhanced Security​

  • Password Protection: Your passwords are now securely encrypted using industry-standard hashing and salting techniques
  • Automatic Update: Existing passwords are automatically migrated to the secure format - no action required from you

Improved workflow​

  • Dynamic Species Mapping: When importing patient data from worklists, the system now prompts you to map unknown species to your system's species list. Once mapped, the system remembers these mappings for future use.

Image Processing​

  • Fusion V2 Updates: Improved image processing for Fusion V2 detectors
  • Custom Window/Level Per Profile: You can now set window and level settings individually for each imaging profile (APR), giving you better control over image display

User Interface Improvements​

  • Cleaner Help Menu: Removed the redundant Support Portal button

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed issues where changing languages caused unwanted scrollbars in Advanced Options
  • Fixed text box expansion issues when creating backups.
  • Species names now display correctly in all supported languages throughout the application

New Features​

Expanded Language Support​

  • New Languages Added: Italian and Portuguese (both Brazilian and European variants)
  • Improved translations: Updated German, Spanish, and French translations for better accuracy.
  • Enhanced localization: Most user interface elements, dialogs, and messages have been localized.

Multiple Patient Identifiers​

  • Support for adding DICOM compliant Other Patient IDs (replaces Secondary Patient ID) to patients.
  • Supports all three types: TEXT, RFID, and BARCODE.
  • Add Other Patient ID Sequence to DICOM export.
  • Existing Secondary Patient IDs will be automatically migrated to an Other Patient ID with type of TEXT.

New Annotation Markers​

  • Left Hind (LH) and Right Hind (RH) Markers: New marker types available for annotations.

Workflow Improvements​

  • AIS Integration: The AIS Consult button is now only visible when an AIS DICOM node is configured, reducing interface clutter.
  • Menu Organization: Help and Language options have been moved to the top of all Hamburger Menus for easier access.
  • Study Information: Dialog title updated from "Add Study Information" to "Add New Study Information" for clarity.

System Configuration​

  • Export and Import: Required Fields are now included in system settings export and import.
  • Enhanced Species Mapping Management: Improved validation prevents duplicate species mapping entries and ensures data integrity.
  • Improved User Management: When adding new users or editing existing users, you can now edit Prefix, Middle Name, and Suffix fields.

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed an issue where Summit generators would be set to default technique when powered on in the Acquire Review Screen.
  • Fixed an issue where Date Pickers were not updating when Language changed.
  • Fixed an issue where report headers would overflow in some languages.
  • Fixed an issue where the content of the Species ComboBox in the Emergency Patient Dialog was misaligned.

Workflow & DICOM Improvements​

  • Added a configuration to automatically set the Referring Physician for a study from the Worklist - reducing manual entry.
  • Introduced new dialogs for adding and editing DICOM Servers (Worklist, Storage, MPPS), designed to ensure reliable and consistent updates.
  • Automatically includes an additional Patient History DICOM tag from the Worklist when creating studies - improving exported DICOM data completeness.

Patient Management​

Performance & Stability​

  • The application now creates a diagnostic crash report (minidump) when the application crashes to aid in faster troubleshooting.
  • The application now automatically restarts daily for optimal performance. The time of day is configurable in the Advanced Options (default is 2 AM).
  • Added additional error handling when loading images from disk to reduce load failures and improve stability.

Library & Integration Updates​

  • Updated MVVMDialogs to version 9.1.2.

  • Updated SedecalSerial library to version 3.1.1.146.

  • Replaced NPOI with ClosedXML for more reliable Excel file handling.

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed an issue where the wrong technique was set on Summit generators when powered on from the acquire screen.
  • Fixed a display issue with the DNS radio button selection text.
  • Fixed an issue where the annotation toolbar could not be shown even when annotations were enabled.
  • Fixed a bug where entering an incorrect Wi-Fi password appeared to connect successfully, but the connection was not actually established.

  • Study Comparison - Users can now load and compare a secondary study side-by-side with a primary study in the Acquire Review screen, with independent navigation and overlay controls for each.
  • User management tasks are now processed individually, ensuring that each action (like adding, updating, or deleting a user) completes successfully before moving to the next. This helps prevent partial changes and keeps your data consistent.
  • Support for new Fusion 1717 v2, Fusion 1417 v2, and Fusion 1114 v2 detectors.

  • Resolved an issue where password were visible when adding / editing users.
  • Resolved an issues where the Sedecal Generator integration option was not available.

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed an issue where Worklist Items with Scheduled Procedure Step Status of "Completed" or "Canceled" were displayed.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause a crash if the user clicked the Learn More button on an update notification when not logged in and tried to access other areas of the application.
  • Fixed an issue where Patient and Owner Names could be cut off in the Patient tile.
  • Fixed an issue in the Reject Report (Excel) where Patient Name and Acquisition data was swapped.
  • Fixed an issue in the Adv. Billing Report (Excel) where the file would be exported to the incorrect directory.
  • Fixed an issue in the AAHA Report (Excel) where the Ma data was not being exported.
  • Fixed an issue where the Search Filters had a very small hit box when using touch.

  • Added a new optional Additional Details field to the Reject Image dialog. This is also shown on the Reject Report.
  • Add new 'Keeneland Racing' and 'Keeneland Non-Racing' Protocols. The shots in these protocols have the correct description for Keeneland. These protocols replace the old 'Keeneland Repository' protocol.

Bug Fixes​

  • Resolved an issue where a detector can go to sleep during the calibration process, causing the dialog to be unable to close normally.
  • Resolved an issue where errors during calibration were not displayed to the user and only showed as canceled.
  • Resolved an issue where the Shotlist is out of order after reordering certain shots.
  • Resolved an issue where the user was not notified that their Image Processing license was in Grace.
  • Resolved an issue where the DICOM Tag (0028,0301) BurnedInAnnotations always had the Value "NO", it now contains "YES" if overlays are burned into the image on export.
  • Resolved an issue where the Reject Reason drop down would change sizes depending on the selection.
  • Resolved an issue where Acquisition could fail to start when the detector's battery was critically low.
  • Fixed an issue where two dialogs could be shown simultaneously for the same error when starting acquisition.
  • Resolved an issue where creating a backup including images could fail due to high disk space usage. Backups including images will no longer zip up all image files and will export them directly to the selected destination.

  • ​​​​​Calibration no longer requires the user to Trigger the detector. Detectors will automatically detect exposure during calibration.
