Data Collector

This is a service tool used by Sound Customer Support to collect diagnostic information from your system.

The following can be chosen to be exported by the Data Collector:

• System Information
• Error and Diagnostic Logs
• Audit Logs
• Configuration Settings
• Patient and Settings databases

This will download all the current information regarding your Google Chrome instance. If you need to collect logs, please include this.
