Menu
The Menu Button is in the top right of the screen. When pressed, it expands to reveal several options.
To dismiss the menu, press the X button or press outside the menu.
Help
This option will open the Help Options.
Icon Help
This will display an overview of the currently displayed icons on the screen and label them with their functions.
Training
This will open a browser and take you to this website.
Support Portal
This will open a browser and take you to the Sound Experience Support Portal.
Suggest a Feature
This will open a browser and take you to Sound's UserVoice where you can suggest a feature for SmartDR Fusion and see features other users have suggested.
We develop this software for you the user. Without your feedback we could not continue to improve SmartDR Fusion. We are always taking suggestions for new features and improvement we can make. If you have an idea for the software, please, don't hesitate to let us know!
Language
This will open the Language Selection dialog. SmartDR Fusion supports multiple languages including:
English
French
German
Spanish
When you select a different language, the entire application interface will display in your chosen language.
Your language selection will be remembered for future sessions.
Press the Close button to close the dialog.
Edit Patient
This will open the Edit Patient Form. This is the same form as found on the Main Patient Screen. You can edit Patient Information such as Names, Breed, Sex, etc. To save your changes, click the Save button. To cancel and discard your changes, click the X button in the top right of the Form.
Required fields can be configured in Advanced Options
The Save button is only active if changes have been made.
Species cannot be edited once a Patient has been created.
AAHA Study Info
This option will open the AAHA Study Info Panel.
Here you can select one of three Levels of Sedation, the Thickness of the Radiographed Area, the units for the Thickness, and wether or not a Grid is in use.
After you have entered the information, press the Save button. Pressing the Cancel button will discard your changes and close the panel.
For more information, hover over or press the Info button in the top right of the panel.
When you first open the form, the Units for the Thickness is set the the systems default. This can be changed in the Settings Screen under the Basic Options.
Wake Detector
This option is active when the Detector is asleep. Selecting this will send a signal to the Detector to wake it back up. This can take 10-12 seconds.
The Detector will go to sleep automatically after 15 minutes of being idle.
Compare
This button will will open a dialog, allowing users to select a study to compare against this one. The current study will be set as the Primary Study. The selected study will be set as the Comparison study.
By default the Patient of the Primary Study is selected. Select a study and press the Compare button to load the selected Study as the Comparison Study. For more information see the Study Comparison section.
You can search for other studies with the search bar at the top of the dialog.
The Primary Study and Studies with no images are purposefully omitted from the results.
The search defaults are the same as the user's preferences. This may cause the Patient of the Primary Study to be excluded from the results. You can manually change the search options.
